With special permission from our main office, you can leave California during your rental period. However, you will be responsible for paying any additional mileage fees incurred. What forms of payment does Babylon Car Rental accept?
You can return your rental car seven days a week at our Beverly Hills location. We recommend returning the vehicle during regular business hours, which are from 8am to 8pm Monday through Friday, and 8am to 6pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Babylon Car Rental allows up to two drivers to be listed on a rental agreement, provided that both have valid driver’s licenses and insurance coverage. If one or both drivers are under 25 years of age, an underage fee will be applied.
Absolutely! We offer discounts for longer rental periods. If you rent a vehicle from us for a minimum of seven days and up to 27 days, we offer a 15 percent discount on the base rental price. If you rent the vehicle for 28 or more consecutive days, the discount increases to 30 percent off the base rental price. Please note that these discounts only apply to the base rental price and not to any additional charges

Yes, Babylon Car Rental requires a security deposit at the time of rental. The amount of the deposit varies depending on the vehicle rented and the duration of the rental. The deposit is held on the customer’s credit card and will be released at the end of the rental period, provided there are no damages or additional charges incurred.
If you have car insurance that covers you for driving other vehicles and you are a US citizen, you may not need to purchase our insurance policy. We will verify with your insurance provider that your policy covers the rental and is valid. However, our international customers will need to obtain insurance coverage for the rental period, and we will assist with this process.
Babylon Car Rental’s cancellation policy allows customers to cancel their reservations within 24 hours of the initial transaction without any penalty. If the cancellation is made seven or more days prior to the scheduled rental date, there will be no penalty. However, cancellations made less than seven days from the rental date will be subject to a fee equal to 50 percent of the rental value
